Recently, Eric Hecker, a former contractor for Raytheon, blew the whistle about the U.S. government using “voice to skull” technology and “intrusive thought devices” upon the populace. Moreover, Dr. James Giordano has confirmed the use of “neuroweapons” while explaining its justification by the military and intelligence agencies. Although directed energy weapons may have practical applications for warfare, there have been alarming reports of their use against innocent people or unwitting subjects known as “targeted individuals” for several decades. Is there anything we can do to offset or mitigate the effects of this electronic harassment on the mind and body? Dr. Hall is also an active member of the Mind Science Foundation dedicated to the study of human consciousness. He’s been a tireless advocate against non-consensual experimentation on the public.

Interesting show. I know in Pennsylvania that everybody had to get new electric meters. They called him smart meters . They did away with the old meters that they had to read the new meter send signals you had to get one or they wouldn’t give you electric. Who knows what the radio waves do to your head They’re mounted on peoples houses right against their buildings and they’re putting out all kind of radioactive waves? Radiate radioactive there’s all kind of pulsing and sound waves comes. From high tension lines. Take care enjoy life. It’s far too short.
