Klaus Schwab praised China for adopting “new COVID control measures at the opening plenary of the WEF’s 14th Annual Meeting of the New Champions in Tianjin, China, He said that the WEF appreciated its over 40-year partnership with the Chinese Communist Party. This is very peculiar since China is the country where COVID-19 originated from. It is also evident that part of this plan is to divide us according to our genetic makeup. In the fictional X-Files, Chris Carter would touch on the “Purity Control” project. Purity Control was the name for a top-secret government project, under the control of the Syndicate, to create genetically altered humans.

The project centered on using gene therapy and Alien DNA to cure people of cancer.

The program was also part of a secret that the elite knew of the “black oil” which was a metaphor for some unknown alien virus that would attack humans on a cellular level.

The Syndicate cultivated the oil and needed a carrier for the inoculation. Bees were used to carry the virus. The bees would randomly infect a human host by inserting the virus into corn during pollination.

The corn would be consumed and then slowly the infection would destroy the human host.

The whole process was explained later in X-Files: Fight the Future, where bees were used by the Syndicate as a deliverer of poisons to crops — there was an accident of mutagenesis, where the virus mutated and people died.

This has always been a haunting plot line, especially in the episode Anasazi where Mulder finds a boxcar full of dead Navajo Indians all poisoned with a smallpox vaccine.

Mulder of course thinks they are alien creatures.

The whole story is horrific fiction — but again it appears to be prophetic — and I want to share with you some of the information I have found about the “Purity” or the “Purification” process that the technocrats call ethical but we know it as eugenicide.

I was looking at a science paper last night on the Gain of Function possibilities. The reason was I was still trying to figure out why the World Economic Forum is still fixated on COVID-19 and the proposed digital ID’s and vaccine passports.

Klaus Schwab praised China for adopting “new COVID control measures at the opening plenary of the WEF’s 14th Annual Meeting of the New Champions, aka “Summer Davos,” in Tianjin, China, Schwab said that the WEF appreciated its over 40-year partnership with the Chinese Communist Party.

Schwab said “Premier Li took his office this March at China’s National People’s Congress at a critical moment when China adopted new COVID control measures and started to boost economic development, social dynamism, and international cooperation”

Can we read between the lines here?

Klaus Schwab Praising the very country responsible for the outbreak of COVID-19? With all of the talk he glibly made about how the billionaires benefitted I am sure that everyone can see just how these technocrats are working with each other to weaponize disease in order to impose the great reset.

As I have said they just don’t hide their treachery because they know that fear is enough to get people to do their bidding. Keeping people divided, poor and sick is the way they wish to run the world — and when the first try does not do enough damage it is the events that happen later that you need to be aware of, because each Trauma gets worse, and the sharp edge of death becomes even more of a reality.

There will also be multiple discussions on climate and net zero, along with overhauling food systems and industrial practices throughout the three-day meeting in communist China.

This year’s Meeting of the New Champions “serves as an opportunity to examine China’s future and the Chinese economy’s role in the global economy,” according to the WEF.

As you probably already have guessed the Chinese model for world government is the Third Way — I have talked about before. It is a silent communist coup that is going through a multiple-tier implementation — there are many more tiers that will include, climate Net zero policies, Implementation of CBDC’s overhauling of the banking systems, Artificial Intelligence and a health surveillance state — implemented to help identify those vaccinated against their planned biological terrors.

In May we reported that the technocrats held a tabletop exercise that was a fire drill for the release of a Pathogen.

The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, in partnership with WHO and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, hosted and conducted Catastrophic Contagion, a pandemic tabletop exercise in Brussels, Belgium.

This was eerily similar to EVENT 201 — where billionaires all met together and were told that a Pandemic was coming. Three months later Covid-19 arrives leveling economies and destroying social cohesion.

Catastrophic Contagion simulated a series of WHO emergency health advisory board meetings addressing a pandemic set in the near future of 2025. Called S.E.E.R.S. 2025 “Severe Epidemic Respiratory Syndrome from Enterovirus 2025”. The epidemic begins in “two Latin American countries”, then spreads rapidly. “Becoming a pandemic with a higher fatality rate than COVID-19 and disproportionately affecting children and young people.” In the simulation, 1 Billion cases are reached worldwide, with 20 million people dying, 15 Million of those being children. Those who are left alive would suffer from brain damage and paralysis.

The event states, political leaders, in addition to health leaders, must be at the table during exercises to respond effectively during the next pandemic. Calling for a one-world system to combat “the next pandemic.” The “Pandemic Corps” would establish an international network of national public health leaders, pushing for trust to be established, resources to be managed, and information to be controlled—systems must be in place to swiftly combat “mis and disinformation.”

The only countries that would conquer the pandemic are those who “regularly practice” pandemic simulations and discussions. Countries that focus on having regional and international partnerships in place — while building up systems for the manufacturing and distribution of vaccines. This would be the only way to success.

Coincidences, usually, are not coincidences. It’s odd, the same organization’s that hosted Event 201, conducted Catastrophic Contagion. Month’s before COVID-19 was made public and lockdowns were in place— a simulation on “a coronavirus” was held.

Really odd timing to say the least.

The question is how the disease could spread more quickly and effectively. How can you make a population more vulnerable with a high infection or mortality rate?

The answer has always been nano dust — or nanoparticles.

Nanotechnologies offer another pertinent example of the complex and dynamic way in which the boundaries between natural and non-natural processes are construed by scientists, policymakers, and technocrats.

Offering the potential to ‘engineer’ at a sub-molecular level, analyses of the views of members of the public have identified concerns about blurring the distinction between natural creation, and human control of the creation processes through genetic engineering and what is critically called Frankenscience.

Now what I am about to report to you is based on evidence that has been gathered for some time — for the most part we can say that it is a theory, that could very well reveal how another major pandemic can happen quickly without warning.

“Insect Allies d project funded by a research agency of the US Department of Defense which is intended for insects to be used for dispersing genetically modified viruses to agricultural plants in fields.

These viruses would be engineered so they can alter the chromosomes of plants through ‘genome editing’. This would allow for genetic modifications to be implemented quickly and at a large scale on crops that are already growing in fields, such as corn.

At the end of 2016, DARPA put out a call for tenders for a 4-year research work plan. This program has distributed a total of 27 million dollars, aiming to develop genetically modified viruses that can genetically edit crops in fields.

Corn and tomato plants were reportedly being used in the experiments, while dispersal insect species mentioned included leafhoppers, whiteflies, and aphids.

DARPA assured the public that developments resulting from the Insect Allies Program were intended for routine agricultural use; however, most countries using such technology would require comprehensive changes to approval processes for genetically modified organisms.

The problem with such an endeavor was obvious.

Russia has accused Ukraine and the US at the UN security council of a plot to use migratory birds insects and bats to spread pathogens–Ukraine and the United States have denied this — but then in an act of doublespeak admitted that there were biological facilities. They denied using insects, birds, and bats as vectors.

The conflict between Russia and Ukraine has led to a global food crisis, at a time of agriterrorism , pollution, and other threats to the food supply.

In the predictable future, food problems will be a permanent fixture in the world, while conflicts arising from “wars on crops” will also become an international issue of great concern.

The Insect Allies program is there to weaponize the food supply and spread diseases forcing the world into permanent GMO consumption.

Since 2016, the advanced military research institute in the US proposed a defense program, which it said was to confront potential food supply risks. However, the Pentagon uses insects to deliver a “genetically engineered virus” that could affect crop growth by altering which genes the plants express, media reported.

It is also a very simple way of spreading viruses to humans and animals.

After being announced, the plan has received wide criticism from scientists and experts around the world, warning that the Insect Allies might open an easily weaponized technological “Pandora’s box.”

The intentions of the Pentagon are also in question – is it really to save humanity from starvation, or will it, on the contrary, deliberately cause a humanitarian crisis where people will die.

However, this is just the tip of the iceberg as a project with a potential biological weapons threat. In addition to the Insect Allies program, the US has conducted biological experiments around the world in said notorious “bio-labs” in Ukraine disregarding human safety and natural ethics while blatantly violating the “Biological Weapons Convention.”

Again this is a dangerous gain of function prospect where there could be a blowback where these vectors could cull millions.

Billionaire Bill Gates funds the world’s largest mosquito factory in Medellín, Colombia — which is part of the World Mosquito Program — and releases “thousands” of altered mosquitoes per week using gelatin capsules, drones, and motorcycles.

The World Mosquito Program’s goal is “to protect the global community from mosquito-borne diseases such as dengue, Zika, yellow fever, and chikungunya.”

The most deadly of those diseases — dengue — infects an estimated 400 million people, with 40,000 fatal cases per year. However, the World Health Organization notes that “a vast majority of cases are asymptomatic or mild and self-managed, and hence the actual numbers of dengue cases are under-reported.”

The World Mosquito Program releases these mosquitoes in 11 countries, including Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Australia.

Scott O’Neill, the CEO of the World Mosquito Program, says that the program focuses on mosquitoes such as Aedes aegypti, which thrives “in discarded waste and plastic containers,” has a “strong resistance to pesticides” and “loves big cities and has spread across the world’s tropical and subtropical diseases.”

O’Neill says that the World Mosquito Program is using a bacteria called Wolbachia to prevent the spread of these viruses.

It has been theorized that genetically modified Mosquitoes may have been responsible for the outbreak of the Zika Virus in Brazil. The World health Organization said that this was disinformation.

But what I am sure these madmen don’t tell you is that there can be a slippery slope of what is called directed mutagenesis.

Directed mutagenesis, also known as directed mutation, was a hypothesis proposing that organisms can respond to environmental stresses by orthogenetically directing mutations to certain genes or areas of the genome.

We have seen over time how the environment is affecting the genome. We have also seen how tinkering with the natural processes can create circumstances that cannot be reversed and so the natural world begins to change in ways that are unimaginable.

Back in 2014, Bill Gates asked a question about the deadliest animal in the world.

In his blog, he wrote:

“What would you say is the most dangerous animal on Earth? Sharks? Snakes? Humans?

Of course, the answer depends on how you define dangerous. Personally, I’ve had a thing about sharks since the first time I saw Jaws. But if you’re judging by how many people are killed by an animal every year, then the answer isn’t any of the above. It’s mosquitoes. When it comes to killing humans, no other animal even comes close.”

He goes on to say that “Sharks kill fewer than a dozen people every year and in the U.S. they get a week dedicated to them on TV every year. Mosquitoes kill 50,000 times as many people, but if there’s a TV channel that features Mosquito Week, I haven’t heard about it.”

During a TED talks Gates once released mosquitoes into the auditorium as a sick joke.

Now he funds the world’s largest mosquito factory in Medellín, Colombia– does this strike you as nefarious or bizarre?

It really fuels some conspiratorial speculation, especially when it comes to government experiments and possible biological weapons that can be used on citizens without them knowing.

The idea is shocking, and some may call it some tinfoil hat science fiction but in reality, some scientists are arguing that “gain of function” experiments are key in order to monitor the effects of pathogens on animals and maybe even humans.

Gain of Function experiments or GOF experiments are bio-security experiments that are routinely done in labs all over the world.

George Orwell wrote in the book, 1984: “Hierarchical society is only possible on the basis of poverty and ignorance. This new version is the past and no different past can ever have existed. In principle the war effort is always planned to keep society on the brink of starvation”.

In the future sustainability plan, political maneuvers provided by the United Nations and other organizations like the WEF will eventually divide us is through depleting us of our right to clean fresh water and nutritious food sources.

It is also evident that part of this plan is to also divide us up according to our genetic makeup. At the moment it appears that we are all being manipulated in some grand experiment.

How we react will determine the outcome of the experiment. Many Americans are as ignorant as lab rats and they will do anything to find that last piece of cheese in order to fill their stomachs.

But what if after all of our efforts, we find that the cheese is poisoned?

What if the Insect Allies program is being used to render an entire food source lethal — or spread diseases like Zika, Malaria or Dengue fever?

Something is not right here.

Smithsonian magazine daily correspondent Margaret Osborne noted back in March of 2022 that pilot groups of these mosquitoes had already been released in the Florida Keys and that even larger groups would be released on the U.S. mainland.

“The Environmental Protection Agency has cleared the release of 2.4 billion genetically-modified mosquitoes in California and Florida,” Osborne writes.

However, Florida natives have expressed concern about the release of genetically modified mosquitoes, especially ones that carry a lethal, self-destructive gene,

There is actually literature available on psychological operations and how social experiments have been conducted before on individuals, even communities to see what would happen to their minds in cases of power failures, rumors of disease, and even famine.

The bio war against the United States and other countries is happening to limit food production, saying that it is the result of climate collapse.

Food demand and behavioral monitoring is yet another measure that is going to be used as the food webs collapse –and with the Mosquitoes threats to the ecosystem, the meat shortages and even the many food recalls we have heard of from last year it is important to realize that all of these adjustments are vital when the controllers engineer food shortages and scarcity.

Scarcity creates cartels and monopolies. This is the future with regard to post-scarcity economics where increase and decrease in products can be controlled through all kinds of means that appear natural.

Things like diseases that shut down meat manufacturing plants, intentional biological attacks on foodstuffs in order to force recalls, bee hive colony collapse, and artificial scarcity ploys that offer solutions where most goods can be produced in great abundance with minimal human labor needed so that they become available to all very cheaply or even freely.

Post-scarcity does not mean that scarcity has been eliminated for all goods and services, but that all people can easily have their basic survival needs met along with some significant proportion of their desires for goods and services.

Meanwhile, there will always be threats associated with life or death issues where the technocrats can decide who eats, who starved, who lives and who dies.

This opens up the debate as to what is ahead. The fatalistic view is that we are going to be subjected to a thinning of the herd and while it would be horrific to see a world fall prey to a megadeath due to a nuclear war, the hidden agenda is a final solution provided by a biological threat or a Cytogenetic attack where humans will be attacked on a cellular level through exposure to contaminants or even biological diseases that can trigger various cancers and cytokine reactions.

I only hope I am wrong but there are no coincidences when dealing with this kind of advanced nudge of “evolution” where the genetics of every human will be marked by a mutation that will always be with us thanks to the elite.
